1. Pre-Drywall Inspection:
This inspection is performed following the installation of framing, plumbing and electrical rough-in and just prior to the placement of insulation and drywall.
2. Final Inspection:
Performed immediately prior to your final walk-through with your builder. The Final Inspection includes all of the items in our Standard Home Inspection.
New home buyers get a home warranty on their new home as part of the purchase contract. During that first year the warranty typically covers the home’s crucial systems and appliances.
As you near the end of your 1-year warranty, we recommend that you get a warranty inspection on those systems and appliances before your warranty expires.
Our warranty inspection will uncover any deficiencies with major systems and appliances that can be submitted to your warranty company and repaired at their expense and not yours.
All home inspections come with a foundation analysis utilizing Ziplevel Pro2000. This is a valuable tool to determine existing foundation elevations and is the industry standard for residential home inspectors.
